Helping our children learn to engage with the world

11 Jul 2017
We live in a world of differing beliefs. How can we give our children a language to engage graciously with those who aren't Christians?

Jesus was praying for his friends when he told God that they were "not of the world, even as I am not of it". It has become a popular Christian phrase: to be "in the world, but not of it". But how do we talk to our children about that? How do we help them engage with the difficult balancing act of loving, accepting and embracing people who believe differently than them. Sarah shares how she has helped her children begin to negotiate this path.
